# What is the expected length of time of the investment?

As a venture capital fund, investors should expect a longer holding period with limited if any liquidity as compared to other types of assets. Historically, holding periods range depending on the stage of the investment into the Company or the stage the Company is in. The industry generally looks for a 7-10 year holding period for early stage companies and a gradually descending holding period the more developed the Company.
